Before use: If you change your mind before using your item, we’re happy to review returns or exchanges as long as the product is unused, in its original packaging, and you have proof of purchase.

Manufacturer’s Warranty: We stand behind the products we sell and honor all valid manufacturer warranties. If something turns out to be defective, simply return the item to us. Once we have it in hand, we’ll process the warranty claim with the manufacturer. Each manufacturer sets their own warranty rules, so the solution (repair, replacement, or refund) will follow their terms. In some cases, shipping costs may apply when sending warranty items back.
